About the event
Hitchin is a North Hertfordshire market town that has flourished for more than 1,000 years thanks to its origins in the wool trade. Much of the town has been developed around the River Hiz. The market trades on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and is the largest permanently erected outdoor market in the South East.
