Enjoy a full day out combining a visit to The Savill Garden with a return boat trip from historic Runnymede along the River Thames. It was over 800 years ago in 1215 that the Magna Carta was sealed by King John on the banks of the River Thames at Runnymede. The site now boasts an exquisite state of Queen Elizabeth II, as well as the Jurors sculpture, to commemorate this landmark occasion. Discover more about this historically important event. A morning boat cruise with relaxed commentary from the team at French Brothers, as you enjoy your river trip amongst the majestic swans and a stunning view of Windsor Castle. We enjoy a delicious ploughman's lunch before we make our way to The Savill Garden where a cream tea has also been included later in the afternoon.
